CurrClick

"Curr Click = Your one-stop shop for electronic lap books, affordable curriculum, and homeschooling resources. Unit study, novel study, bargain home study online downloads for home education!"

My sister-in-law introduced me to a website called CurrClick and I am so grateful. I am not homeschooling at this point (as you could tell by the pictures of my children getting on the buses back in August) but some of the materials on this site seem great and things I can use at home as we go. I haven't bought a thing, but every few days they offer a free download. I have gotten sheets for scissor practice, Proverbs Paper Dolls, curriculum on the Beatitudes and more.

Today there is another free download. A book filled with family activities for Lent. I just downloaded it and looked through it and am excited about how this could affect our Easter season. I am usually frustrated by this time of year. So much "prep" is done leading up at Christmas and yet Easter just pops up on us with only the forewarning of Palm Sunday.

So, go here to check it out. You do have to register with the site in order to download the item but they haven't been a bother to me.

Do you already have a way you prepare for Easter??

Thanks for passing this along. I'm going to register right now. By the way, did you ever give Blurb a try?

That is a great idea. I checked it out and downloaded a copy. Even if we don't do them all, it will definitely be a great way to focus our thoughts during the days/weeks before Easter. Thanks for the referral.

Thanks for the tip! We probably have more Easter traditions than Christmas, actually...but they all fall on that weekend of Easter. So this will be good for spreading things out over the Lent season.

We use the resurrection eggs- it is the 12 days leading up to easter and my kids LOVE them. Patty Cake's Easter DVD is great too, especially the music.
