Here's What's Going Oooooon!

Little has started putting her hair clips in by herself.

Memom gave KB a new pillow and she loves it.  She has slept on it every night she's had it.

Bubba starts Kindergarten tomorrow and will be in M. Nienhaus' class.  I can NOT believe how big he is.

Little discovered the Barbie website on Kid Rocket (filter for kids' websites).  She did it while I wasn't looking and now she is taken with the ability to fix Barbie's hair.  I tell you, anything that makes that little girl excited about hair ON her head, I am fine with it.

One of the things I love about KB is her imagination.  This is Alice and Cow planning a county fair.  They spent the next 30 minutes coloring tickets.  (KB would tear out a slip of paper, put the marker and cow's hand into her own, and color the slip of paper.  A.D.O.R.A.B.L.E.

Bubba is going to play soccer this Fall.  I was/am a bit nervous about it all but there are four other boys he knows well and he is so very excited.  He actually asked to play and I can't justify saying no because of my fears for him.  We'll see how it goes.  His daddy took him out to get his cleats, shin guards, and soccer ball.  They had dinner together at Chickfila afterward.  Good bonding time.  My little guy just keeps growing up.
