Isn't it darling? Wait till you see the little one wearing it. . .
She's such a cheese ball!
But a sweet heart cheese ball. . .
Oh the drama. . .
And THEN I made PJ's for Little. You know how I am about cute jammies. With our new "use what you have" rule, I decided to sew instead of buy. I have never done this before. AND I didn't have a pattern. I took a picture of the pattern I made so my mom will believe it really happened:
End result:
And, one again, the ham. . .
I am impressed with myself, I must admit. And, the tutorial I found online for the jammies was so simple, I am going to make more. I might use that dress up material from Little's five year birthday party. I feel like Maria from Sound of Music. . . guard your draperies!!!

Love the jammies and dress and love that YOU made them. Impressive!
SO CUTE!!!! You have inspired me! I have never made clothes for the kids, but if you did it with all that you have on your plate, maybe, just maybe I can too!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
I have been wanting to make a dress like that for Ella. Can we please have a sewing party so you can show me how easy they are?!! Your house or mine ;0)!
Your mother is properly impressed!!!!! And I love both items. It's a cook, it's a seamstress, it's Superwoman!! M
it's not fair that some people get all the talent and some of us get none!! super impressive!!!
