Mother's Day Weekend - Chickfila

We're friends with the staff at our local Chickfila. Not only do we show up dressed as cows once a year, Honey brings them lots of business from the school. . . and he eats there EVERY Monday. So, I thought it was sweet when they sent me an invitation for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day.

We headed to the mall on Saturday night. The arrangement was that my meal would be free, everyone would receive coupons for their NEXT visit, and there would be table side service. When we arrived there were tables with pink carnations. Jennifer, the marketing gal, helped us with high chairs and then took our order. I asked about using a coupon and she announced that all the meals were free. They had budgeted for a certain amount of families to come and 1/5 of that had rsvp'd . . . yea for us!

Everyone got a meal AND dessert (special night, I tell you) and there was a sweet bouquet for me and a goodie bag with Bath and Body Works items, chocolate, and many many coupons for free sandwiches. Not bad!

It was such a fun night and we were so grateful for God's provision for our family. The best Mother's Day experience for me. . . good food and a good deal!
