We got a Trampoline

The kids kept jumping on the bed. During a conversation with a friend, I heard myself say, "It's as if they are getting something from the jumping sensation." Holly proceeded to tell me that jumping helps her son (who has Aspergers Syndrome) organize his thoughts. That next day, Aldi had an excersise trampoline for sale and we went and got it.

The kids love it. Not only do they jump on it, they slide under it all at once and sit together on it.

Aren't trampolines great! My in-laws gave the kids one a year ago for Christmas - I think she was worried about them in NY not having a yard or place to run around. We just got ours out of storage when we moved to our house 3 weeks ago and the kids were so excited to have it again :) Enjoy! I was laughing with Elizabeth about the idea of having a specific number of "Daily jumps" they all have to do, like chores :)

that is great news- how fun to know that your instincts are sharp and you saw something that would help your kids. They are going to have a great time.

When I read this tag line I thought you were crazy since it's probably frezzing below freezing where you are! Now it makes sense - and further more, thank heavens for Aldi!!! We don't have them here, but when I ilved in Chicago, Aldi and Walmart helped me afford life!!!!!

Trampolines are so fun! I know they must be enjoying it. It will be a great way to get out their energy on those cold days when you can't get outside very easily :). We have a big one in the backyard for the girls. They love it, but I will say that jumping is hard work. I can't jump for half the time that they can go strong. Happy Jumping!

That is so cute! We used to have one of these. When the littlies weren't using it I would rock a baby to sleep while bouncing on it myself. It really helped to keep me going when I was so tired. There certainly is something in that bouncing action.

yea the photo is cute but, if you look at the photo closely it looks as if Little is trying to acheive dominance over KB by nudging her off the tramp! Favorite trampoline scence in a movie...BIG with Tom Hanks!
