The thing is, Little did great. All the way up to the door she said, "I'm going to my new school" and "I have my backpack." All her teachers were waiting outside to greet the kids and in unison they yelled, "Her Name!" She took off running and saying "It's my new school!" "Hey, Ms. Marets!" She was thrilled and completely relaxed. I handed over her supplies, got a kiss and walked back to the car, praying that God would protect her and help her.
Picked her up at 11:30 and she walked out in a line with the class. Her teacher said, "Look whose here" and Little calmly replied, "It's momma" Obviously she was in no rush for it all to end. the teachers said she did great. Of course, Little doesn't answer questions, usually, but I did get tthe information that she painted with red and yellow today. Good grief - where did the 3.5 years go???
Honey turns 33 this Thursday. Our friends came over Saturday, BJ's birthday, and we celebrated together. Silly men blew out their candles together while Little, Robin and I sang our hearts out. It was a fun afternoon.
Does it get any cuter than this? Also a big reminder that they are watching us and patterning themselves after us. Heaven help us - - PLEASE!

Super cute pic of Little and Honey!! I have a similar pic like that of me standing just like my dad when I was Little's age...one of my favorites still today!
I adore that last picture!
